Illegal Drip Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Illegal Drip, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays once the order has shipped

  • Normal wear and tear

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues (Only Accepted Cases)

We only accept return or refund requests if there is a verified issue with the product, such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us at info@illegal-drip.com

  • Within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Description of the problem

Failure to contact us within 7 days will result in the issue being ineligible for review.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions will be provided only after approval.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a defect is confirmed, we may replace the item with the same product (subject to availability).

Time Limit for Contact & Claims

Any claims, questions, disputes, or refund requests must be made within 4 months (120 days) of the purchase date.

After 4 months, we will not respond to or review any requests, regardless of the reason.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU law.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

This right does not apply to:

  • Sale items

  • Custom or limited-edition products

Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
